"We cannot always build a future for our youth, but we can always build our youth for the future." -Franklin D. Roosevelt

Presently, India has the largest share of the youth population in the world and will continue to hold so in the next 20 years. This provides a great opportunity for the country to reap its demographic dividend for making rapid growth and progress.

Problem Statement

Youth (15-27 years of age), find themselves in a confused situation where they want to do something of their own, wants to take risk in life to build a future 'the way they desire' but rather struggling to satisfy the expectation of parents, family members etc. Most importantly, there is no space or platform to share and listen to their frustration, anxiety, aspiration, dreams etc.

Strategy

We design transformation leadership journey for youth where they get engage with real life social issues, confronts social differences and inequalities in society and serves as a leader, change maker in their communities or any interested work area by their social action projects. We believe in the potential of young people and creating a platform for youth, by youth.
