Internship and Volunteering

As a dynamic youth-led organisation, Thoughts to Action hosts multiple learning and engagement opportunities for young people between 18-28 years. Youth interested in nurturing spaces for expression and creating meaningful social impact are invited to join our volunteer community and engage with our programmes on-ground, for a time duration of their choice.

For students, internship programmes of varied durations, between one and three months, are offered. The internships can be availed by individual students or through institutional access.

We design hands-on learning opportunities specifically suited to the learning needs of interns and volunteers and provide exposure to knowledge and skills in programme management and design, writing and documentation, art and craft forms, session design, planning and facilitation.  As a growing organisation, we also enable space for new ideas, art forms, techniques and methods constantly building on the creativity and innovation of our youth community.

We are keen to engage with more educational institutions demonstrating the impact of art-integrated pedagogy and social-emotional learning.
